7,000,000 STROKE SURVIVORS IN AMERICA
Our aim is to ask stroke survivors and their families in 50 states to list their voices by filling out the registration form below. When the list reach 100,000 voices in any state we will send a petition to the Mayors, Governors, U.S. Senators, and the President to pass a bill that provides (MONEY) financial aid directly to stroke survivors in the U.S..
